Refund Policy

At selvoraz, we hope you love every beauty product you receive. If there is any problem with your order, please contact us. Please read our return and exchange rules carefully below.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours before shipment. Once the parcel has been dispatched, we cannot cancel the order. You may contact us after receiving the parcel to apply for a return if eligible.

2. After-sales Time Window

If you receive damaged, leaking or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours after delivery and provide photos for verification. If you want to apply for return or exchange, please contact customer service within 14 days after your package is marked “Delivered”.

Tip: After this time window, we cannot accept return or exchange requests. Thank you for your understanding.

3. How to Apply for Return & Exchange

Click the customer service entry on our website to contact our support team. Please prepare:

• Your order number
• Brief description of your issue
• Clear photos of products, packaging or damage

Tip: Photos can speed up the verification process. After review, we will send you the return address and return instructions.

4. Return Eligibility

For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics have special return requirements:

• Items must be unopened, unused, with intact original seals and complete original packaging.
• The product must be clean and in resalable condition.
• Opened, tested or partially used cosmetics, custom-made items and clearance goods are non-returnable.

Tip: To protect the health of all customers, we cannot accept returns of opened cosmetic products unless the product arrives defective or broken.

5. Return & Exchange Process

Returns

1. Contact customer service to submit your request and photos.
2. We review your application and provide return address and instructions.
3. Send the parcel back by a reliable shipping method. Return shipping fees and customs charges are borne by the customer.
4. After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The actual arrival time of the refund depends on your payment provider.

Exchanges

1. Tell us which product, shade or variant you want to exchange for.
2. We will check inventory and confirm your exchange plan.
3. If the item you want is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

6. Refund Method

After we receive and verify your returned goods:

• Credit card refunds: Usually processed within 7 business days, subject to your card issuer.
• PayPal refunds: Usually credited within 48 hours.

7. Return Shipping & Fees

All return shipping fees and related customs clearance costs are paid by the customer. Please use a trackable shipping service and save your tracking number, and send it to our customer service.

Note: We do not accept cash-on-delivery return parcels.

Important Reminders

Custom-made items, clearance goods and opened cosmetics cannot be returned. These will be marked clearly on product pages. We are not responsible for parcels returned to us that are not purchased from our official store. Please check carefully before returning.
